So it’s not exactly “Mid” xD With the Fall `09 anime season reaching past its mid-point, first impressions change and stuff. Generally Fall `09 isn’t crap and I feel that if not the best, it’s one of the best seasons of anime. With my excitement and intrigue about Umineko no Naku Koro ni anime(and also the other things related to that), I took time to take advances, read various spoilers, discussions and make a research about this awesome sauce series. Somehow, because of it’s awesomeness, even though I’m still clueless on the complete thought or premise of the story, I got really attached to it. Attached enough even to make a post about it.

You can say that post was inspired even more by the coming Umineko no Naku Koro ni anime on July 01, 2009 which is also my most anticipated series from the Summer `09 platter(of course, along with Hetalia 2, but that’s not what I’m talking about now). Gee, I just can’t wait. ^^

Many of you may have noticed the sudden fanbase for this series that made it so popular and a number have been having thoughts like, ‘Why is this show so overrated?’ or ‘What’s so good about this? Is this really good?’ but you know, if you give this a chance(I’m not saying that the anime only because we still do not know about it that much but the other media- manga & games) and see it for yourself, you might actually like it. No, I’m not in the place to say this because I’ve only read 5 chapters of the manga, some scenes(mostly in raw) of the game and seen some spoilers around the net but then again, this is just my opinion. If you can’t handle that, then I suggest you not to continue to read but you’re still free to do so, of course. :]

Which brings me to another topic.  If I’ve only seen limited stuff about Umineko then how come I liked it so much to the point of let’s say… promoting it?  Well, we all have our likes and dislikes and this happened to fall under my ‘likes’ category. You’re probably calling me an introverted hemophilic biatch right now but it’s not only the bloody gore that’s in this right? So yes, it’s not the bloody murder and stuff that’s got me crazy about this show(okay, maybe a tiny bit) but it’s really the plot/genre of this. I love mystery, especially if something’s at stake if you don’t manage to solve that mystery. lol.

Yes, I haven’t seen much but from the views that I hear from various people who’ve played the game, it’s rather interesting. Well, it’s not everyday that we get our dose of murdermystery right~? Uu~

Another reason why I am looking forward to this series is because this was from the creator of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and God, I loved that show. It’s creepy, kind of overrated in the views of some who can’t appreciate it but meh I don’t care about what other people might think, it’s the fact that I enjoy it that makes me like it. *hmph*

So what brought me to the Umineko hype? Honestly, before when I was still watching Higurashi, I couldn’t care less about Umineko meaning I didn’t know anything about it. Yep, completely clueless – except for the name of course because I kept hearing it around communities of Higurashi. Sometime around Summer or Fall 2008, I heard about the news of this being made into an anime adaptation so I made a quick research and found out it’s premise and it actually interested me.

I tried looking into screencaps and facts about the games once and was greatly disappointed by the art of the game. I’m being a critic but I’m always biased when it comes to artwork. I was having second thoughts on whether I’d be watching this on the coming Summer `09 because I still don’t know how the anime character designs would look like. A friend of mine convinced me to try out Umineko because he said that it was great despite the quality. That just goes to show that you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover.

Then as the time passed it was slowly drifting out of my mind. I mean, it’s still months away at those times..!

It was now that the fandom in me had been revived and I was really glad when I saw the character designs because they’re just right. I’m so glad I got what I wanted~Nyahahahaha~

So now that this so-called fandom for Umineko in me has been revived, what have I been doing/experience lately that’s related to Umineko? Well Here’s a few:

• Sudden character love: I’m one who tends to have favorites in a show and even before I got to know Umineko no Naku Koro ni and all of it’s characters, I’ve already gotten my pick. If your followin me on twitter then you’d already know who that character is. If not then I’d tell you who it is – Maria-chan~ ;D So why Maria? I tend to get attached to characters who are tsundere or yandere, especially when they’re children/teens; I dunno why but it’s just that. Maria is awesome, just like how Rika Furude is. Haha [:<
• Spreading the word to everyone: HA! This one is what I’m totally guilty for. I keep blabbering in my twitter, my private blog and even with my RL friends how much excited I am for Umineko’s anime adaptation. I just really hope that the anime won’t disappoint because I can get a wedge right now and.. *beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep*
• Seeing a shipping already: Harharharharhar. Right now two of my shippings for Umineko would be Battler x Beatrice and of course, Jessica x Kanon. It’s like at first sight for me. I don’t know much about these people other than what I’ve seen from the manga and the other translations of Umineko’s game but they and I click. And that’s enough reason for me to like them.. so far..?
• Reading spoilers everywhere: Gee, I just can’t help it. I love going around and looking for spoilers because I like being spoiled. I don’t like it when I have to wait and see. Those rules and I just don’t get along you know? And I mean, who couldn’t resist? *puppy dog eyes shifting*
• Urge to make tons of banners: Of course along with the research, I’ve also been viewing images(mostly fanart) everywhere and every time I look at these cool images, I’m tempted to make banners of them for my blog!

So recently, I was able to read some chapters from the Umineko manga and hey, my expectations are fulfilled, I love it! Just too bad that I ended up being cliffhanged because of the lack of releases so I’m demanding for more Uuu~

Gee, I just hope that I’m not making this sound so overrated when it’s not because it’s popularity is worth it’s awesomeness. Just check it out for yourself.

Surely Umineko has some flaws of its own but totally not enough flaws to make you regret that you even tried this. And nothing is perfect right?

Also, who else other than me is excited to see this? If you are then yay we’re going to be best of friends~ >w< Gawd, this is making me `effin overjoyed. Too bad it’s still on July. D: On the other hand, I think there may be a possibility that I end up blogging this show afterall~ ;3

Thanks to Xiao Jie, I was able to take a look at the RAWs of 3 of my awaited chapters in this month’s Nakayoshi issue. Namely, Chocolate, ARISA and Watashi ni xx Shinasai. I took a good look on them a lot of times to understand what’s happening so I made this post to spill out my impressions on these following chapters.

Like I’ve said a while ago, these chapters were ones that I’m really awaiting for. Well, then again, what is it that I’m not awaiting for? Of course I’d be looking forward for the next chapter of my favorite series so what’s the difference? I always act like this crazy fangirl, I’ve been thinking. What else can I do? That’s my nature so get used to it. (:

Anyhow, before I start with the impressions, I again would like to give a BIG BIG THANKS! to Xiao Jie for her awesomeness and kindness to even share her scans with us who can’t buy/see Nakayoshi for ourselves. lol xD Also, I’ve edited the scans that I’ll be using for this but of course, I don’t take any claim on them.. is that okay? ^^;;  So again, these are Xiao Jie’s scans and if you’d like to see them for yourselves, go to her blog and download it there. Don’t forget to thank her, though ;D

When I look at manga RAWs, I am always irritated that I may be able to identify the kanas but I don’t understand most of them at all :\ And now I’m reminded again of that irritation. I swear, someday I’ll study Japanese. Maybe when we migrate to America? I dunno when but certainly being able to read(screw writing, I don’t care about that) Japanese is one of my ambitions. Ara~ Me and my crazy dream.

Just a reminder, when you read my impressions.. please don’t assume that these are all facts as they’re just my assumptions on what may have happened in the chapter. I just said it, didn’t I? I can’t read Japanese so nothing below this can be possibly right unless we confirm it by reading the scanlated version of it. So to sum it up, these are merely my thoughts on the chapter- thoughts, speculations and assumptions.

CHOCOLATE ch. 1

Remember my preview post on the new Chocolate manga series? Well this is it, it’s been released! I really don’t think I could say much about this but comment on some thoughts that I’ve had while browsing through the raws because this is just the first chapter so I ain’t familiar with the plot yet and most definitely because I can hardly understand it. All I can decipher now is that this will be a love triangle series. Ooh~ that’s going to be so interesting!

I remember when I was still a beginner with shoujo manga, I used to hate, no, let’s say ‘dislike‘ love triangles because I had this mindset that I want things to end up the way I wanted(i.e. this girl should end up with that particular guy) and if there will be a love triangle, it might not turn out that way. It embarrasses me to say it but yeah, I am so childish when it comes to that. xD

Being a fan of Haruka Fukushima-sensei and her works, looking back, I admit her plots are cliche but it’s cliche in a way that it’s enjoyable. I’ve never been disappointed in her works; well, maybe except for one. Those of who who’ve read Orange Planet should now why. That was like on of the biggest disappointment ever that I felt like chopping Rui into bits. Call that fangirl rage or whatever but that’s how I felt about the ending. You could say that my reaction for the ending was somewhat biased because I dislike teacher x student stories but… I have my reasons. Again, if you’ve read Orange Planet already, you’d understand why. ^^Ughhh, I’m reminded of it again! D:

The beginning of this series was totally shocking. I mean, a cute boy falling backwards down the stairs? It looks like a fallen angel from the bishie heaven. I was somehow intrigued that the main characters are still preteens or uh.. somewhere around 13-15 yrs. old? I’d prefer to see them as 17 yr olds or so but I think them being preteens can make a difference..hopefully. I doubt that there’d be sappy romance here so maybe puppy-love at first? Gahh I do not know! Let’s just hope that this will be an interesting love-tri series; unlike that one…

However, in this particular love triangle series, no matter how much I like Rei (duhh, because he’s so damn cute!), I’m not yet taking sides. Why? Because I haven’t seen much of it yet. I have my assumptions that those two would end up together in the end no matter how many twist and turns Haruka-sensei puts in on this (It’s shoujo manga, remember~?) but we’ll see..

Everyone, this is Yuuto, the other side of the triangle. I’m not sure if he and Chi are childhood friends but it looks like it. Also.. he looks cute no? Yeah, I prefer calling them ‘cute’ rather than hot this time. xP

With Rei arriving, the fangirls started to squeee into joy. Why is it that all fangirls in shoujo like that?  Nonetheless, there is nothing about Rei that wouldn’t make you squeeeee. What I was surprised about Rei was when he talked to Yuuto looking as if he’s saying something important or challenging him. Crap, I wish I could understand what he was saying =3=;;. Gee, no matter how I look unto it, Rei may be a little different but he’s still the usual Haruka Fukushima hero; so is Chi. I’m not complaining but it’s like the plot and the character design is what’s change; still, I love her works. I sound so shallow but I don’t care.

OH SHI- REI! *faints~*

Damn, I love it when he does that. Gee, I can’t help but be so biased at all. XDDD Why is it that a character captures my shoujo heart just by striking a cute and deadly smirk~!?

Haruka-sensei really loves scenes involving the Swimming Pool huh? If you’ve read almost all of Haruka-sensei’s works you’ll notice even just once, there will be a scene who’s setup is at the swimming pool and all of those scenes were really cute~ <3  And this one was no exception.

When Chi threw out the chocolate through the window I expected Rei to try and catch up to it but I didn’t exactly expect that he’d jump out of the window for just a chocolate; no matter how special it may seem for him. It’s a good thing that there was a swimming pool below.. *phew*

My fangirl-ism was triggered when Chi was already at the edge of the pool and Rei fed her the Chocolate. Gawd he’s so sweet~

Btw, just on side note.. is it just me or when Chi’s hair is down it kind of reminds me of Rui from Orange Planet..?

BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW ;;________________________;; I feel sorry for this guy.

He managed to see what happened and the conversation between Rei and Chi. Poor guy.So here’s the childhood friend who’s loved the girl since the beginning of the story and he will end up being blahblahblah. I wanna see this in english now =3=;; I’d totally love whoever picks this up. *sparkly-eyes*

WATASHI NI XX SHINASAI ch. 2

This chapter despite me not understanding even half of what’s happenping was total WIN. Yes, WIN. Yukina PWNS so much that she’s showing us one of the great qualities of heroines – fierceness. However, I don’t think that her fierceness was evident in the end because something unexpected just happened~ *winks*

When I said last time in my WnxxS chap. 1 post that this may be entirely different from Ema-sensei’s other moemoemoe mangas; I should say, it is different. But no matter how different it may be, it still makes me go doki-doki when I see the scenes between these two. Nyahahaha~ >:3

People are being negative about Kitami but I don’t think he’s that bad at all. Plus, it could just be Yukina’s job to make him change..? He’s still a jackass at times though but it can be so normal in shoujo..

Look at this, Yukina is so far from being the stoned-faced heroines who we see as fierce. Yukina is fierce yet she can show us such an emotion and expression! OMG it’s Akira!!! <3

Even though I can’t understand what they’re saying, it’s obvious that she’s happy because the girls appreciated or liked Yupina’s new novel which already has romance for it – all thanks to Kitami perhaps? Maybe not, because he didn’t do anything much though..and I still can’t believe that he just left Yukina like that in the room. But of course, I’m already used to jackassed heroes, no matter how it might irritate me so wth should I complain? But isn’t that great? Yukina’s able to write romance cellphone novels now because of that ‘experience’. This just proves the saying that when you’re writting a novel, it’s good to have experience on what you’re writing XP

What happened next was so disheartening :\ What else could it be? Well, Kitami’s still being a playboy. That’s the only thing that makes me want to hate him, he’s toying with the girls feelings when he should just be with Yukina.. But then you can’t expect him to easily fall in love or something with Yukina; if ever that happens, it’d be so ridiculous. So let’s just wait and see for development. >;D

On Akira, he’s a main character too alright. Of course not a love interest but a main character for some reason too.. I can sense it even though it’s not exactly hinted.  (imo, as always)

Whatever Yukina said here, it so obvious that she just PWNed Shigure again. Haha You go girl! xD Don’t let boys be your downfall! [:<

Now why do I feel as if  Shigure’s planning something before? Mehh. I’ll never know once I see this in english~ I can’t wait ^^

It’s not often you see Yukina with expressions like what we’ve seen from her in this chapter. I think Shigure’s having an effect on her already. lolz xD And why did he suddenly do that? I surely don’t know.  All I know is that it’s fun too see. X3

Really, I wonder what’s up with Shigure right now.. is this part of a plan or something? *sigh* I’m confused..

I didn’t exactly get what Yukina was saying here but it’s somehow related to fast heartbeat and something else that I didn’t understand. Gahh I suck at Japanese D:

Anyways, this scene is kind of unexpected for these two that I was wondering what happened? I hope that’d be cleared up once the scanlations are released. ;P

ARISA ch. 6

Before I start saying something about this, I’ve gone to one conclusion about ARISA. If you don’t know Japanese, and you’re looking at the RAWs you’d hardly understand what’s going on at all.

However, what’s good with this chapter is that I think I understood it in one way or another. Still, I’m not sure if what I thought is correct. Remember, you can correct me if I’m wrong ;D

So yeah, what you will read next is purely my thoughts on how I see it. So no hard feelings when I say something wrong ;P

It seems that Manabe is still convinced that Arisa is the King and we get a little flashback of what has happened before. (It looks like Manabe was explaining it to Tsubasa..) I think Manabe doesn’t know that whom he’s talking to is actually Tsubasa and not Arisa.

The flashback is about how Manabe suppossedly gotten in trouble in school that he ended up not attending classes..? I dunno it seemed like that. And then it was Arisa who visited him and took care of him or something. It appears as Arisa was doing a good deed for Manabe and is convincing him to go back to school. What was weird was that she had this weird atmosphere when saying something.

So what made me assume that it was Arisa who visited Manabe and that it was just a flashback of what happened before? Well, remember that time in chapter 1 where Manabe was introduced? Remember how Mariko told Tsubasa that it was Arisa who persuaded him to go back to school? So I think it’s that.

But when he returned to school, he witnessed the class doing the King Time. Another time after we see Shiori happy about something(maybe it was her wish that was granted?). When Manabe looked over Arisa all she did was to ssshhh him with a smile. There must’ve been a traitor or it was a wish granted but the next event that happened was a student who’s desk and stuff are outside in the rain. The students were all looking at him with those creepy eyes while Manabe is just confused.

When Manabe tried to talk to Arisa about it, responded with a blank look on her face and said something.. Back at the current time, Manabe was saying something like a threath to Tsubasa, thinking that she’s Arisa and left. This discovery left Tsubasa dumbfounded.

She decided to go to Arisa’s room and look if can find something that may clear up her thoughts on what Manabe said. She logged on Arisa’s computer and searched for the KING. She was surprised to see a lot of files related to the King and it looks as if those files contain the wishes of the students or something. And by the looks of it, it’s as if she’s found out that Arisa may be the King or something.

Oh again, I’m so sorry for always saying stuff like ‘maybe’ or some unsure thoughts.. >.<;;

We get to see a scene of Mariko and Midori talking together with a suspicious aura. God, I feel so bad about these two already. D:

The next scene was Tsubasa in a field and then Takeru arrives. They end up talking about something(probably concerning Arisa) and Tsubasa suddenly burst into tears. When Takeru gets Tsubasa’s phone, he sees a message that made the both of them shocked. Tsubasa hurriedly went to Arisa’s room and found out that she’s not there but the bed was filled with rose petals.

“Welcome back.. Arisa”

In the last page it is shown that it was Mariko(and also Midori, perhaps) who kidnapped Arisa.

As I say every chapter, can this manga get even more suspenseful and mysterious!? :O

Anyways, I haven’t included most of my thoughts on these chapters yet because I haven’t exactly read them in english yet but when the scanlations do come out, I’ll be doing a full review on all of them – hopefully I’ll get time to post about them~

It’s finally that time of the year where Summer official starts. So what’s on my list?

Well, although it’s already June meaning is the official start of the Summer season, it seems that most Summer 2009 anime is to be aired on July huh? I guess there’s nothing wrong with that because at least it gives me more time to finish watching my Spring 2009 or have time for my studies since June is the start of school in our place, June 8 to be exact, in my case. D:

On accordance to that, as much as I hate it, I’ll be even busier than before…orz.. D8 I don’t even think that I would be able to use the computer as much as I’ve used it at Spring(summer, in our case). How sad is that, huh? *sigh* I just hope that me valueing my studies won’t get in the way of my leisure or vic-versa XP. Geez. >___<

However, I will still do my best to catch-up on everything on weekends or any free time that I have. Since I’m in the honoroll, I just can’t help but prioritize studying even more. >.< Along with that, in Summer 2009, I won’t be permanently blogging any show. I’d only blog it if the episode was really capturing or I dunno.. amazing? If I have time, I will do my best to bundle them up in a weekly anime post. Hehe.

Also, you may have known that I still have shows from the Spring season that I’m continously watching and following; which also is in my watchlist and they are the ff.:

Gambatte ne~? ;D Sometimes I’m still wondering if I really can manga but let’s just hope for the best?

Uhuh.. what am I saying?*laugh* If by any chance that I’m busy on that week, I guess it’ll just be left on-hold until the time I get free time. What I’m worrying about is that I always get tempted to watch something that I end up watching it even if I have no free time. DX Now I wonder, will making a schedule help? I probably should get on with that if I know all the official air dates of what I’m watching already… xDD

roflmao, I blame myself for picking up so much xD But what can a girl do!? Summer 2009 is Girls season! *pouts* Plus, I have a fetish of watching/trying out shows with HQ character design and animation other than the plot.. =3=;;

Because this chapter is important, I decided to make a post on it, yes? Oz x Alice FTW :3

Why I am overhyped right now over this chapter~? The answer is untold; again, why? Because there’s no reason to be not overhyped about this chapter! I couldn’t say that it was what we’re all waiting for but it’s what I’m waiting for – at the moment, at least. This chapter is all about the beginning, the beginning of an adventure to rescue this important person who we, readers, all know. There are parts of this chapter that captured me so much that I didn’t give a damn to some of the other parts including Chesire cat, Break and Sharon. XP *guilty pleasure of Oz x Alice~*

Actually, I didn’t quite understand the parts where Chesire cat, Break and Sharon are involved.. perhaps I should reread again? Meh.

In accordance to that, the title is from a dialouge of Oz’s which I found my favorite and the most meaningful in this chapter. If you look at the speech closely, of course while seeing the page it feels like you’re being sucked into their world and you feel how Oz feels as he’s saying this. It’s no drama, no tears yet it’s so full of emotion – yet this emotion is unknown, for now. Readers who’ve read this beyond this 18th chapter may have already discovered what this emotion may be but is it really the emotion that Oz bears or…?

I liked this chapter so much that when I saw in mangaupdates that it was released already, I hurriedly went to the site of the scanlator to download it! It was only a short moment until I realized that this was the chapter that I was awaiting for..

Honestly, I don’t know how much this series captured me and this time it’s not because of some hope for possible romance but because of the way things go! Though I do admit that I’m still hoping for that ^^ And another thing that is important in this is who..?

If you still have no clue on who he is (oh come on it’s so duhduhdohhh obvious XD), then you’d have to wait and see for the next. Nyahahaha~ >:3

Important Points of the Chapter:

• Jack reveals his identity to Gil.
• The Chesire cat tells Oz something that Break has also said which has bothered him and he gets dazed.
• Oz is saved from Chesire’s attack by Jack. Jack tells Chesire that he cannot kill Oz.
• Jack and Oz finally meet. (Although, Oz still doesn’t know Jack’s really identity; all he remembers is that this person was a part of Alice’s memories)

I really can’t imagine how she must’ve felt being so alone. That’s one thing in this world that’s can’t be easily avoided; you may been born rich or something and is able to do anything, it’s a worthless when you’re all alone. It’s just no fun at all. Although I’m amazed that she can still be so genki even after all the problem’s she’s faced. Maybe it’s because she hasn’t gathered all her memories yet but somehow it’s already evident of what her sad past may have been..  Now where’s your knight in shining armor Oz~? <3

I guess what I’m anticipating for, no matter how fangirl-ish it may seem, is how Oz will save her from that so-called darkness that she’s trapped in. Oooh~ I wonder~ ^____^

And Jack explains later that the Chesire cat wanted to be the one and only knight who could protect the will of the abyss. Is that perhaps the reason between the so-called feud?

So you may be wondering, why more banners? To answer that, all I can say is that I found rotating banners fun and cool that I want to add more as possible. X3 I don’t know if I did the right designs but I did it based on how I feel about the main image. Normally, those featured in my banners would either be from my currents(anime, manga & OTPs). And yup, these three below are banners dedicated for some of my OTPs in manga.

And as I’ve said, 2 of these banners have been put a week or more before but I never said my thoughts about it XP One is a new one though ;D

OMG I love these two to death! <333 I’m pretty sure that not most of you recognizes them or knows the series but I should tell you now, this series is great! SO CHECK IT OUT! As I’ve been saying before, when there are second pairings in a series, I go for them and main pairings get meh to me. I just can’t get enough of these two~ The reason why I love these too is so obvious if you know my fangirl side. Bad Boys rule! >:}

I actually think that this banner was a bit plain-ish compared to the other banners that I do. Oh btw, that colored scan is by me – steal it and you die. Though it’s unlikely to happen because my coloring skills isn’t worth stealing-of. =w=;; If I have time, I’ll really really redo this one. :3

And then it turns out that I do have something to say D: I think what I like about this banner aside from the main image is the background. I don’t know but I just like it. XP I didn’t like the font and the style though.. *sigh*

So this is the new banner that I made recently. It features Umi and Naka, my OTP(well, I dunno my heart for NJ pairings change from time to time) for NJ! *claps* Why Nosatsu Junkie eh~? It’s in celebration of the latest scanlated chapter.. chap. 34 ; vol. 7! I know that reason is too shallow but think about it, scanlations are at vol. 7 already so we have hope! Remember supahstupeed tokyopop who dropped Nosatsu Junkie after vol. 6? Ughh. I’m just so glad that the scanlations are catching up. ^___^

Oh and those lipsticks? The idea came out of my head at random. DX The bigger version looks way better so wait until you can see that banner~So far, other than the Barajou no Kiss one, this is my fave. >u<

Nakayoshi July 2009 issue cover featuring a character from Fukushima Haruka’s new serialization, Chocolate.

So I was looking around the Nakayoshi site and I stumbled upon the the previews and saw that they have put up a preview for the new serialization, Chocolate and I wanted to share it to you guys! And also some thoughts regarding the matter xD

To tell you the truth, when I first saw the preview I was shocked. Wasn’t the heroine’s hair supposed to be black? or something along those lines was what I was thinking. I don’t really understand the concept of the premise but this should be first love and love triangle right? Since the premise does say ‘..who has yet to know how to love..’ and there are 3 characters.

Gahh! I’m confused! >.<

However, what I enjoyed in this episode is that Azusa is actually  bringing up what this show is supposed to be about. No, not lazying around and being such moeblobs but actually doing some practicing! Also, it was fun to see Mio’s mature side back even just for a bit; also how insecure she got about Azusa. lmao xD

I was supposed to include this post in my weekly anime post to be done um..tomorrow(?) but I preferred it to be a separate post because I had some things I want to blog about. ^w^ Like I said, the episode won’t be a big hit for me and I think for you guys too if those parts that I was talking about wasn’t included. It’s not like I’m bashing the Dobashi x Terai pair – actually, I find them a cute pair too BUT there’s not much depth and interest in these two…imo.

It’s great that there’s much development on these two on this episode; you know, the kiss.. hand holding and more..? Yup, that’s right. It looks adorable to me but not yet to the point that I’ll fangirl about it. Sadly, I just can’t see it in these two. In conclusion, they’re good, they’re fit but that isn’t enough to make me feel doki-doki♥ .

I’m jealous. T^T

You see, I live in a country near the equator, meaning no snow. That is why I envy people who live in places where they is snow. Enough said.

Anyways, sad truth aside, I really smiled when watching this part. Yes, envy is still there D: Don’t you think it’s fun seeing people playing in the snow~? (Inner self: It’s more fun if you’re the one playing in the snow :O) I really went kyaaa~ when I saw Kei’s flashback of Kusuda playing in the snow. Yey for my OTP! <33 *cheers*

I lol’ed at Kei’s reaction when Dobashi said that the megane-kun(whose name is Terai) is her boyfriend. Awww. Kei is jealous that Dobashi already has a boyfriend~ See, this is why you shouldn’t be so tsuntsun about your feeling to coughKusudacough already!

It’s true though, what Kei said to Dobashi; she’s such a closed-book that sometimes you can’t tell what she’s thinking/feeling! Poor poor Terai~ D: She should open up more, don’t you think~? It’s like she can notice if soemthing’s wrong with others but not to herself..

Anyone lol’ed again when Dobashi said that she was being scolded by someone who doesn’t even have a boyfriend yet. xP I sure did. XD

So that guy with the glasses is Terai. ^__^

Moving on.. UGHH. Why are boys so biased to girls when it comes to their looks? I wouldn’t really be offended if I heard this coming out of a hawt guy’s mouth but those two? UGH. Please NO! I doubt those two have ever experienced this so-called true love.

Okay, now why am I being that offensive when it comes to that topic? The reason why is beyond my understandings *sigh*

The story between how Dobashi and Terai became a couple wasn’t so sweet at all. Yes, I’m being very blunt with this. To be even more blunt and frank, they’re boring me out – seriously.  The issue is not related to the doki-doki scenes but somehow, I felt as if Dobashi didn’t care; like them going out was just a spur of the moment..! So if you go on with my pairing list according to how much I like them, this would be the order. (most liked on top ^^)

• Kei x Kusuda
• Misaki x Yuuji (Arihara)
• Nao x Yukito Still not shown but I liked them in the manga. Plus, who cares about Sogabe? Not me.
• Rika x Terai
• Meguru x Takei

See where they are on the list? Second to the last. It’s still sort of a good thing though.. it’s totally not as worse as I think of the last pairing. XP Since Dobashi x Terai isn’t that bad; it just lacks something.

How unexpected..? Still, funny dream of his XD It wasn’t supposed to be funny but it was for me X3

I didn’t even get why he dreamnt of this when there isn’t any hint that Dobashi hates him. Maybe he thinks that way but really, you think she hates you just because she doesn’t hold-hands with you or something? Hasn’t it entered your mind that she would’ve broke up with you long ago if she did?

That’s my bitchy side coming out but I kind of understand what he’s feeling. Just like what Kei said earlier, if Dobashi doesn’t open up to him, it’d just make him feel bad because he wouldn’t be able to know what to do. Poor Terai~

Opposite of Misaki, I want an older sister. It’s not like I hate my cute-little-imouto-who-I’m-sometimes-envious-at but somehow, I just want to have an older sister who I can rely to. xP Funny, but the person that is acting like an older-sister to me is my gay cousin. lol.

Oh look, it’s Ayumi! What I’m sometimes confused about is that she’s most likely the main heroine here but she rarely gets focus on her own story. Her story which I’m also annoyed at.. because why keep giving older-Zaitsu false hopes? If she was able to beat him up *refer to episode 1* then why can’t she just reject him than giving him false hopes?

I agree that I’m also somewhat weirded out or scared by older-Zaitsu (what’s his name again?) but still, I pity him for that.

Unlike how others say, I don’t really think that Ayumi is that annoying. She’s fine but she could do better with her attitude. *nods*

On the account, [spoiler] I really wish they won’t make the ending the same as the manga. At least make Ayumi and Mamoru end up together or something? I hated how the manga ended because it was too open-minded. *grunts* An anime-original ending would be preferred but let’s just see how this goes.. [/spoiler]

So… they’re the first and only couple to share a kiss in this series. That’s one thing that you’ll be reminded of when you hear the Dobashi x Terai pairing! Despite all the rantings I made about this couple, I thought that the scene was cute~ No, not really fangirl-y cute but giggly cute and that’s totally fine. ^-^v
